RE: Multiple admins using ARD



Here is the complete issue:

Our helpdesk people normally operate on PCs but from time to time we do get a mac caller that needs remote support. What I'm wondering about is getting the PC user to connect to the Mac tower to use ARD as we can't realy afford one Mac for each person for only occasionnal remote sessions.

There might be a way, but you have to purchase as many copies of ARD as there are Administrators anyway.  Why not just have them use their own machines?

If you like, you can copy the computer lists between the admin machines...

Refer to the post below regarding licensing; I believe it still applies.
