- From my understanding, and I have been unable to find a copy of the
EULA to verify this, you need a license for each concurrently running
copy of the administration software (with some exceptions for remote
reporting).

If you have two teachers who want to use it at the same time, you
would need a license for each. However, if two different teachers
wanted to use it at a different time, you should be fine.
I would really find a copy of the EULA and make sure. I am perplexed
that I cannot find it on the Apple site.
