That is what I ended up finding out too. So I guess I'm going to aim for VNC to the machine. The licencing issue isindeed a question, but since my goal for now is to have one person be able to access ARD at a time, its as if there were just multiple people logging in to that one machine, each on their own time, so it would still be one licence for one admin machine... That would be ok from what I understand about the licence.

ARD doesn't create individual sessions so people would be fighting for control. Why not just have them control the workstations directly?
