if you drag a folder into packagemaker, it'll overwrite an existing folder. if you create the folder first in packagemaker, then drag contents into the folder, it won't overwrite existing folder. i think diffpackagemaker (which has very poor documentation and this is the first i'm hearing of it...translation, i'll steer clear and stick to loggen/iceberg) is over simplifying things and taking control away from you. the lack of documentation is a real deal breaker.

diffPackageMaker would be ideal if it was possible to define whether it should owerwrite existing folders, but since it doesn't give me that option I wil take a look at loggen.
