If it's too big to deply via ARD, which i think it is... Then consider your alternatives:
1. visiting each workstation that needs FCP 5.1, installing it manually
2. rebuilding your master build image, imaging through NetRestore, asr, NetBoot/NetInstall
3. radmind
4. picking through multiple install DVDs, crafting your own packages
Anything else?
