Re: New Apple Listserv

Title: Re: New Apple Listserv
All,

I thought this would be more well received than this has been. I “thought” I was assisting everyone by offering to bring more users to use Apple products in Enterprise environments. All of the replies I have received so far have been pretty much negative, or cause for more discussion either on this list or privately. Obviously, you don’t want any part of this list, I was simply making the offer. If you don’t want to be a part of it, then don’t subscribe.

I apologize for sending this to the listserv – Pardon me.

Thanks,

Robert

Why aren’t you pointing these “experts” to the existing lists that are in place, whether they be Apple’s own, the MacEnterprise, or the MacManagers.  These have been all established for years.  Is there a particular topic that will be covered on this new board that won’t be on the others I have listed?

Further fracturing the Macintosh support landscape isn’t what we need at this time.  Perhaps your reply will offer a better reason to subscribe, other than that its new and that it has experts.

I thought of that, however, this is a new serve, that is bringing a ton of experts to the table. Those lists you’ve mentioned are good too, don’t get me wrong there. Just thought I’d put it out there. The more people we have collaborating the better off we all are.
