Subject: One Machine

I have one machine that I cannot control or observe.  I am able to
send a message, chat, shut down, all of the items you check in the
sharing preferences.  I have deleted the preferences from the HD
library.  I have unchecked all the boxes and then I cannot message,
chat, etc.  Then when I check the boxes, I can do all of those things
except control or observe.  It is the only machine in the district
that I cannot control or observe.

Any suggestions?
