Check out Fog Creek Copilot <https://www.copilot.com/>-- you connect to a
web site, he connects to a web site, and then he gives you permission to
control his computer. Simple, straightforward, good performance over
low-bandwidth connections. $5 buys you a day pass (it's free on weekends)
and there are also monthly subscription plans available.
