I copied this from somewhere, maybe this list, I'm sorry I can't give proper
credit to whomever it's due. I've never tried it, so I can't vouch for it.
Migrate ARD to new machine
### Copy database to remote machine:
sudo scp -Epr /var/db/RemoteManagement root@machinename:/var/db
### Copy /Library prefs
sudo scp -Ep /Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteDesktop.plist
root@machinename:/Library/Preferences
### Copy home dir prefs
sudo scp -E
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteDesktop.plist
username@machinename:~/Library/Preferences
### Copy home dir Application Support Remote Desktop dir
sudo scp -Er /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Remote Desktop
username@machinename:'~/LIbrary/Application
Support'
Hope that helps.
