This is a shareware tool plug, but I am going to get no reward from
this.
I simply find it enhances my usage of Apple Remote Desktop, and want
to share this tip
by implementing rooswitch, I am able to have one set of ARD prefs for
each client.
That means that no longer do I have to scroll through clients A B and
C to get to client D's computers.
I can launch rooswitch instead, select the client I am dealing with,
then use it to open ARD
(rooswitch does it's magic by swapping out preference files)
(Yes, I make sure my clients all own a copy of ARD so that my usage is
legal)
Thought I would pass this on, since it was these lists that allowed me
to get back up and running with my ARD setups.
