Hey Michael,
there was a discussion on the MacEnteprise list about this just last
month. I think you'll need to do a Copy Items to deliver it to a temp
folder than use a Send to Unix to send the `security` command, which
has some sub-commands to add certificates and manage trusts. if you
just run `security` from terminal or check the man page for it you
should find what you need to make it work.
