Using Bonjour

Can Bonjour find computers only on the same subnet as the machine running ARD?
I have a set of computers on one router, from which ARD is run; and another set of computers on a different router.  How can I find those computers on the second router?  Or is there even a way?

Note:  I actually only have a single computer on the second router at the moment.  It's an old Titanium PowerBook that has trouble with my 802.11N/G/B Router, so I setup another B/G router just for that computer.  If I use port forwarding to that computer's IP address, will I be able to see it in ARD?

Setup:

Router 1 @ 192.168.7.1  (4 computers)

Router 2 @ 192.168.0.1  (1 computer)
