Absolutely. You can do send unix command in ard and run it as root
If you do 'man dscl' in terminal it will show you the options. To add admin rights it is -append. I'd imagine it's remove or something similar. The add command is:
dscl . -append /Groups/admin GroupMemberShip username
Removing should just be a matter of changing -append to whatever the correct option is (on my iPhone otherwise I'd give you a more specific answer).
