Re: CFNetServiceSetProtocolSpecificInformation

Terry,

CFNetServiceSetProtocolSpecificInformation() works as long as you use it *before* calling CFNetServiceRegister(). After registering a service, you can't change the ProtocolSpecificInformation.

Starting in Panther, you'll be able to call CFNetServiceSetProtocolSpecificInformation() even after registering a service, and the ProtocolSpecificInformation will dynamically be updated.

With what version of OS X did CFNetServiceGetProtocolSpecificInformation and
CFNetServiceSetProtocolSpecificInformation start working?

They are working now, right?

Thanks.
