Hi Josh,
I understand your concerns. I have two ways of answer them.
The first is to ask for your patience; we're currently only releasing a
technology preview to developers to so that they can test the release and
report problems found back to Apple. What will change in the future? Well,
that's a question best answered by option #2
The second option is to have a non-disclosure confidentiality agreement
between Apple and you/your company. Let me know if you're willing to do
that. I'll need the name of your company to start that paperwork.
