This happened when I installed 58.8 - I had been using 58.6. The
port number which appeared in the resolver callback was byteswapped
from what I registered. I'm not sure where the change occurred.
I was just told that we purposely changed this so that port numbers on
all platforms were represented in network byte order. I don't expect
us to change this again.
