But these both only work under OS 9.
Actually ImageQuant will work under OS X in Classic so long as we
change the monitor settings to 256 colors -- but this is a nuisance and
I don't know how long I can support this arrangement. It looks like the
Classic "Monitors" control panel will allow switching to 256 color, but
the OS X system preference applet doesn't. So it isn't clear if this
ability to switch will be broken by Apple in the future.
Are there alternatives that will do quantitative analysis of
electrophoresis gel scans natively within OS X?
