Looks like vecLib.h has changed. The header file no longer fits what

It's really strange. I've not changed vecLib.h by my own, there has not
been any new update from Apple recently and I'm using the same makefile
to compile my code... Could it be a change in python.h?
See "fixprecomps --help" to fix it. But they are harmless, they just
slow down compilation time by factor of 2 to 4 :-)
What exactly fixprecomps is supposed to do? I've not found any
documentation about it...
Thanks,
Andrea.
