I have it installed through Fink from source. In Finkcommander's prefs
you need to turn on 'unstable', then do a selfupdate. Now gnuplot
should be in the list. BTW, note that FinkCommander hasn't been updated
in a while, and some features don't work well. I ususally use the
command line in Terminal.app.
Have you asked it on the fink mailinglist?
