I'm not sure what you're asking. If you want a program which generates flowcharts: http://pixelglow.com/graphviz/ http://www.graphviz.org/

If you want an analysis of your C code, I suggest doxygen -- which actually uses dot/graphviz to generate the flowcharts. http://www.doxygen.org/
