RAM has some very neat tricks. I don't remember if it is officially
documented or not, but There is a way to get the Speech Manager to
output the basic TUNE format, much the same way it will output the
phonemes format. Starting from the base TUNE format, you can adjust
the provided values and re-process the input, much like RAM does.
