My app contains a number of resources within the main bundle that I have been manually indexing under 10.5 by calling mdimport on the app bundle resource path.

Under 10.6 this no longer seems to work. mdimport now seems to refuse to index anything in a bundle. If I remove the .app bundle extension the import does work, so the logic seems pretty simple.

I would prefer to keep the resources in the bundle if possible (they are immutable templates) but do need to index them. Is there a workaround before I start tearing things apart?
