QTSSHttpFileModule

Hi all,

Can anyone point me to some doco on the QTSSHttpFile module (or even better -
all the modules). Failing that can anyone clarify its purpose. The inline
comments arent very illuminating when you havent got  a lot of time to read
the code as well. Apart from delivering files via HTTP what else it supposed
to do ?
