Greetings all.
A question regarding QuickTime Media Player: I believe the "fraction lost"
field on the RR packets sent by QT 6.0 is not filled according to RFC1889. I
think it's giving the *total* fraction of lost packets instead of the loss
since the last RR was sent, which is what it's supposed to be. Is this
correct, or am I gettint it wrong?
