I find that QuickTime Player (6.0) is unable to play certain H.263+/RTP streams that are sent by DSS from a ".mov" file hint track. One example is the file <http://www.live.com/streamTest.mov>. (You can also try playing the stream from <rtsp://ns.live.com/streamTest.mov>) QT Player can play this OK as a local file, but not as a stream.

Strangely, if I capture the data from this stream into another file, this second file can be played (locally) just fine. So, the data in the RTP packets are OK. And the RTP packets themselves look OK. So, is there a QT Player expert out there who can tell me why it's not playing this stream?

ps.
