If you're monitoring connections on an IP address other than 127.0.0.1,
then you need to turn the LocalAccessOnly option in your
streamingserver.xml preferences on. After you change the preferences
file, you will of course need to sighup the server so that it re-reads
the prefs.

as host i typed the ip of the mac where the DSS ist running. i took
the user/password i use to log into DSS but i don't get any access. a
"invalid password" message pops up, but i'm sure, its the right
password.
can anybody help me solve this problem please?
