Hi all,
I was wondering if there was a tool which could be used to analyze a QT mp4
file i.e. displays statistics, for example, DC coefficients, bits/macro-block
etc.
I would like to send a file over some lossy network and record the file
received - then analyze it on the client side, comparing what was sent with
what was received. My goal is to use an objective measure for perceptual
quality.
