how to analyze the result from spam.log in streamingloadtool

Hi,

I've spent sometime in using the streamingloadtool. What I would like to know is how to use the data for analysis? I've found some packet lost in the log, so does it mean that there are problems in the streaming service? How to measure the quality of service if packet lost is inevitable?
