Hi,
I'm assuming that you're using DSS 4.1.1 instead of 1.4.1.
Do the sample .mp4 movies included with DSS work? If so, then there's some
problem with your movie.. perhaps the hint tracks aren't written correctly.
You might try opening the file again in QT6 to verify that there are hint
tracks. Also, make sure that you're using a QT6 client to view the stream,
since previous QT clients don't support MPEG4.
If you're sure that your movie is a valid hinted MPEG4 file, then I'd be
glad to take a look at it and investigate the problem.
