Darwin Error 400

Hi All!
I am running the DSS4.1.1 on Windows NT4. Everything seems to work, except i
get the error message:

RTSP/1.0 400 Bad Request
Server:DSS/4.1.1 (Build/412.36; Platform/win32)
Cseq:
Connection:close

everytime i try to log in from another computer.
I guess i checked everything several times allready, i just doesn4t work.
Don4t know what to do anymore.
Help please.
