6channel audio in mp4 container not playable

Hi everybody,
hi brad ford,
 
i already asked and brad already answered (not exactly my questions).
cause nobody were able to prove the given answers, please read this thread http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=117406.
There are others having the same problems!
I also uploaded a screen on the forum where you can see Quicktimes buffer overrun while using "Apple+J" / "Ctrl+J"
 
 
As i said, 5.1 audio in a mov container is working but 5.1 audio in mp4 container doesnt!
