Great to hear that you are trying this! If you have Visual C++, you can
check out the projects for the QTSSAccessModule, QTSSRawFileModule, and
QTSSSpamDefenseModule. These are all built as DLLs.

Are you developing on top of 2.0.1, or 3.0 prerelease code? There is a known
bug in the 3.0 source that causes dynamic modules not to load.

Actually, I was just noticing that our DSS binary package for WinNT does not
include the APIStubLib, so unless you have VC++, you can't get the stub
library. We'll try to fix this in the future.

If you do have VC++, open up the streaming server worksheet and build all
the targets. The APIStubLib will get created when you do this, and then just
add it to your DLL project so that the DLL statically links against it.

If you don't have VC++, let me know and I'll email you the APIStubLib
binary.
