Hi Donnie,
I notice that you're using v261 of the PlaylistBroadcaster.
There have been some new code changes that have been going in,
so it may be that you grabbed a build that isn't fully
functional.
I recommend that you give it a try regressing with the PLB v239
(that was posted along with the QTSS/DSS 3 Public Preview)
and see if your 'Discriptionfile' works with it.
The new changes are not fully documented yet, and it
may be that your broadcaster config file does not work
with the new changes.
If you don't mind, you could forward to us your 'Discriptionfile'
(if its short, just a few lines, then sending it to this mailing
list should be fine), and we can take a look at it.
Lastly, what OS are you using? Linux, MacOS X, ???
