Streaming server load analysis

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone had collected server load data from
an actual streaming session.  I am interested in seeing a
typical chart of server load changes over a period of time,
say a day, at a hosting site without the aid of CDN or edge
servers.

Any data or pointer is appreciated.
