You can enable QTSS 2.0.1 or DSS 2.0.1 or even versions 1.0 to give you 
some information on the current status of the server.

If you're using DSS you need to enable this feature in the config file (I 
don't have it at hand, so I can't give you the name), or if you're using 
QTSS you can use NetInfo Manager or the command line.
