question on Quicktime Windows SDK

Hello all:

I have questions on Windows SDK. I downloaded SDK from
http://developer.apple.com/sdk/index.html#QTInt  and then I got the
sample code
http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/Sample_Code/QuickTime/Streaming.htm.
I used visual C++ 6.0 to run some samples. No error on compiling and
linking, but it seems that the functions such as BlockMove() and
NewHandleClear() can not work well.
 
Does anyone has successful experience on Windows SDK, please help me to
figure this out.
