What Operating system are you running (Mac OS X, Solaris, etc?) Also, what
version of QTSS/DSS are you running?
We've seen this happen before, and want to confirm what your configuration is.
We've had reports of this using QTSS/DSS 3.x on certain platforms, but believe
we have the problem fixed for QTSS 4 (not sure if the fix made it into the Preview though).
