Novice question: PlaylistBroadcaster .sdp file "fanishing"

Hopefully this is a simple question.

I'm using playlist broadcaster to broadcast archive recordings of student groups at our university. I have two seperate lists running. Seemingly at random intervals, the .sdp files fannish from the server at the same time, (if just one list is running, the same thing happens). The playlist shows that it is still playing.  Anyone have an idea?
