Server Closes RTP session ?

I am using Darwin Streaming Server to stream video and audio files.

For certain files, the DSS seems to close the RTP sessions by itself
(after playing out all the audio & video).
I receive a 454 (Session Not Found) response when sending the TEARDOWN
command at the end of streaming.

I tired with QT player and the same problem of (ie response 454) exists.

Does the DSS automatically close RTP sessions for some reason?

I can successfully send the TEARDOWN command any time before the
completion of the stream.
The problem exists when sending TEARDOWN soon after the stream finishes.
