You need to set your Streaming Movies folder to E:\temp\movies\
DSS 3 on Windows does not follow Windows-style "short-cuts", so
you need to have the actual file located within the Movies directory.
DSS on Unix follows symbolic links and so forth, so that you
can references movies anywhere on your system by making a symbolic
link within the main Movies folders that then points to either the
individual movie, or else the directory elsewhere on the drive
where the movie is stored.
