Problems with nsperl script while installing darwin streaming ser ver

I downloaded and installed nsperl and the error that occurs when i run
streamingadminserver.pl (in the server install)
is due to a perl module that does not seem to exist in nsperl !!!! (namely,
POSIX.pm) - and I DID look at the nsperl instaled binaries, and no there is
no posix.pm on my machine.

And this is win2k, not that it is particularly relevant or anything.

Any help, including tracking down the rogue .pm, is appreciated!!
