Re: running the streaming server through a proxy



Just to be sure that you are configured correctly at the client:


In the QuickTime settings control panel, under Streaming Proxy menu item check
the RTSP Proxy Server and put in the proxy's ip address.  Also check the
QuickTime Transport settings and make sure you are using UDP.

From the QuickTime Player, select an RTSP URL  that points to the streaming
server.

The client will connect to the proxy defined in the QT control panel, the proxy
should then connect the QT player's designated URL.
