broadcasting mp3s from QTSS4 Directory

Ok,
I have been able to broadcast mp3's using other methods today.  Now I am
trying to use only QTSS4 to broadcast mp3's that are on the hard drive.  I
had thought you could make a playlist and broadcast that out.  When I start
it it gives me no errors but does nothing.  I am not going between machines,
all the mp3's are in the directory they should be.  Why can't I broadcast it
out then?
