ActiveX control error message

Has anyone experienced the following error message while streaming to
the quicktime plugin in Internet Explorer:

This page provides potentially unsafe information to an ActiveX control.
Your current security settings prohibit running controls in this
mannter. As a result this page may not display correctly.

This happened with a machine running IE 5.50. When the user accessed my
web page, he was prompted to download and install Quicktime ActiveX
Plugin. QT version 6.1. was installed.
