location of video files on QTSS server

(Mac OS X, QTSS)

It is my understanding that for movies to Stream from QTSS they must reside in /Library/QuickTimeStreaming/Movies (or via some sym link).

Therefore, putting movies meant to be Streamed anywhere else would result in those files becoming Fast Start only. Is that correct?
