The WMT player does not support RTSP / RTP and does not support the
codec you are using. You will not have any success streaming into a WMT
player.
The Real Player One with the $20 upgrade might work (you need the
upgrade to make it "universal"). But, I doubt the Real player supports
your codec shoice either which would foil you again.

From what I recall, Windows Media Player doesn't do RTSP / RTP.
However, there is a DirectShow source filter that allows it to ... i've
not played with it, though.
