I know this must exist somewhere, but I am not sure where or how....
Suppose I have an archive of video clips. I want to create a database
whereby I can enter in keywords and pull up the clips that match, and watch
them play. (By the way, I want them to play as close to the keyword match
area as possible.) If I wanted to do this, what off-the-shelf product might
I buy that would help me digitize and store these clips in my video server??
Or is there a company I would go to that has made a business out of
digitizing and encoding video files in databases??
