Re: resource location

QTSS always serves RTSP connections (to clients) via Unicast. The only way to use QTSS to produce multicast streams is by setting up a relay that generates an out-going multicast stream.

Here's some examples how to use the QTSS product to create a multicast stream:
1) Use QTSS Relay feature to either pull a single stream (from another QTSS server) and relay the output as a multicast to your local area network
2) Using PlaylistBroadcaster from the command-line to create a multicast stream (ie. 224.x.x.x)

Can any of you point me to some information on how to use QTSS in a multicast environment? Interested in integrating it into a Cisco environment that is currently using IP TV (a Cisco based MPEG 1 product). We would love to replace this system with QTSS, and require extensive information on the integration of Multicast and QTSS.
