playlist .bcast file syntax - command line

We have been running a live webcast (2 actually, 24kbit radio and 180 kbit video and audio program) for 16 months. I would like to change over to a playlist broadcast. Due to the fact that the server we reflect off is shared, we will need to prepare a .bcast playlist file, and then the system admin will invoke the playlist from the command line.

I've searched quite a bit, and I find plenty of references for configuring the playlist within the admin section of darwin or quicktime streaming server. However, I need the syntax of the .bcast file so that I can upload a playlist that is in the correct format so the administrator can just initiate the broadcast. We would like to setup a weighted random broadcast. The files are all QT - 24kbps qDesign2 hinted .movs. Could someone post a sample .bcast file?
