As for Apache, DSS does not use it at all, so there's no possibility
that your upgrading of Apache to 2.0.44 could be the problem.

When I go to Playlists I get an empty Playlists table. Click on New
MP3 playlist and I get Error - Perl execution failed.
Error log gives me Error getting directory.
I've installed and run DSS 3 on this server successfully. Since that
time I've upgraded Apache to 2.0.44. Could that be a problem?
